HITRUST InfoSec Awards

The HITRUST InfoSec Awards identify and honor the individuals and organizations that have demonstrated outstanding contributions to the advancement of information protection in the healthcare industry. The awards recognize exemplary innovation and leadership in the following categories:

  • Security and Privacy
  • Education and Training
  • Awareness and Culture
  • Crisis Response
  • Industry Contributions

Nominations are open to individuals and organizations within the healthcare industry or who support the industry. Information security vendors are eligible for nomination and may also submit a nomination on behalf of an end-user. Individuals and organizations may nominate themselves or nominate teams, peers or technology partners.

To nominate an individual or organization, download, complete and return the HITRUST InfoSec Award nomination form. All completed nominations should be returned to awards@HITRUSTalliance.net and must be received by December 17, 2010 in order to be considered. The award winners will be announced in February 2011.
