Assessments that are delivered to HITRUST for processing require that a Rep Letter be uploaded on your Company’s letterhead prior to its submission.

On the Assessment homepage, click the Customer Documents link that is visible under the HITRUST CSF Assessment table.

This will cause you to be redirected to a location that is designed for the attachment of files relevant to the selected Assessment. Press the button and subsequently the Rep Letter option.

Adding a Rep Letter

The resulting page will contain both instruction on what is necessary to meet the guidelines set forth for the Rep Letter as well as provide downloadable templates for either of the Assessment types.

Once completed and ready to attach, click the URL displayed on the left hand portion of the page.

Rep Letter Page

A window appears that will enable you to search your machine for the Rep Letter document. Press to find the file.

After selecting the Rep Letter, you must finalize the upload by clicking the button.

Close the window and press to conclude the Rep Letter upload process.
