HITRUST is continuously improving MyCSF to better serve user needs. As such, our recent enhancements to the MyCSF provide a more intuitive user experience including improved options for multi-factor authentication and enhanced user administration.
Additionally, there are several new features available:
- Controls now indicate if they are required for certification. This will be visible for each control requirement within an assessment.
- Assessment preview functionality allows organizations to configure their risk factors and receive the number of control requirements that will appear in their assessment before creating it.
- Assessor timesheet functionality ensures all assessments meet or exceed HITRUST CSF Assurance Program requirements.
- HITRUST CSF Validated Assessments include an XML extract of the corrective action plan (CAP). This can be used by an organization for improved tracking of risk measurements and potential issues within their enterprise GRC tool.
For Professional Subscribers and above, a new reporting capability on the Reporting tab can enable organizations to filter on organizational or system controls. Plus, our enhanced dashboards feature a spider chart option that gives users a dynamic way to report and visualize assessment-related risk data.
HITRUST knows that managing information privacy and security risks and compliance is a priority for our industry and that’s why we strive to make the process easier and more efficient.
